Welcome to AnimeKill. By downloading, accessing, or using our website and application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
AnimeKill is an aggregator. The Service gathers links to content that is already freely and publicly available on the internet and organizes it in one convenient place for a better viewing experience. We do not host, upload, store, own, or control any of the video or media content, and we do not claim any ownership or rights over it.
The Service offers an optional paid membership (SVIP). We want to be completely clear about what it is: your subscription does not buy, license, rent, or pay for any video, media, or content. All content in the app is aggregated from free, publicly available sources and remains free for every user — subscriber or not. Nobody is ever required to pay to access content.
A subscription pays solely for the features and enhanced experience of the application software itself, which may include:
In other words, you are supporting and paying for the app's features and service, never for the content. Removing or changing these software features does not affect your ability to access content, which stays free at all times.
Payments are collected through our payment partners (such as Razorpay and Google Play). Subscriptions purchased through Google Play may auto-renew unless cancelled in the Play Store; you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through the store or payment provider you used. We do not collect or store your card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials — those are handled directly by the payment provider under their own terms. Unless required by law, fees already paid for software features are non-refundable.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service, nor use it in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
All trademarks, logos, and content accessed through the Service belong to their respective owners. Because we only link to third-party sources and do not host content ourselves, any content concerns should be directed to the original host. If you believe something linked through the Service infringes your rights, please see our DMCA Notice page.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content linked through the Service will always be available, accurate, or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimeKill is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or from third-party content or sources.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, you can reach us at [email protected].
