Apocalypse: Starting with an S-Rank Superpower Degenerated? I Was Just Pretending Episode 51 English Sub

The apocalypse arrived without warning. Plants mutated into man-eating horrors. Animals evolved into unstoppable predators. Human civilization collapsed in months, leaving only scattered survivors huddling in ruins. Among them, a rare few awakened supernatural abilities—the variables who might tip the balance between extinction and survival.Chen Jin was one of them. He died like so many others. Then he opened his eyes. Alive. Whole. Somehow resurrected with powers no survivor had ever seen: the ability to control time itself, and the terrifying gift of devouring—consuming the essence of mutated creatures to grow stronger. Two abilities that should never exist in one person. Two abilities that made him the most dangerous being in the new world. But Chen Jin learned something from his first death: never show your full hand. When other survivors assessed him, they saw an S-rank whose powers had degenerated. Weak. Broken. Not worth watching. Just a man who got lucky and survived longer than he should have. They didn’t know he was hiding time manipulation behind tired eyes. They didn’t know he could consume the very monsters that terrorized them. They didn’t know his “degeneration” was the best performance of his life. Witness the ultimate sleeper agent’s rise: ✔️ Pretends to be weaker than he is, letting enemies underestimate and allies overlook him while he gathers strength. ✔️ Uses prophetic knowledge from his first death to predict disasters, locate resources, and avoid fatal mistakes. ✔️ Wields time control to rewind moments, freeze enemies, and accelerate his own growth beyond natural limits. ✔️ Devours mutated creatures to absorb their power, transforming threats into fuel for his evolution. ✔️ Leads humanity’s desperate fight for survival from the shadows, revealing his true power only when the moment is perfect.
